We work alongside our clients in making informed decisions while working towards short and long term goals. We believe in the inherent rights and dignity of our clients. We offer one on one companionship services to address the growing needs of clients; home visits, illness, hospital stays, loneliness, grief and loss. Goal orientated tasks for our Youths in supporting them transition into healthy adults. We will happily discuss all of your options over the phone, in a virtual meeting or in-person at your convenience.

We support clients in various appointments, doctor visit, including during hospital or nursing home stays. Whether hospitalization is required due to an accident, sudden illness or scheduled medical procedure, a hospital stay can be stressful, frightening or even overwhelming for the patient or a loved one. Our Support Workers and Family Specialists can help reduce stress and anxiety clients may experience by providing services tailored to our client's needs. We work with youths in using harm reduction approach in their transition to adulthood while working alongside their support network.
